Can I get a static IP address?

Yes, a static IP address can be supplied at a cost of $5.00 a month.

Please contact support on 0800 276 232, or email us at support@snap.net.nz and we can setup a static IP for your connection.

Once you have a static IP assigned to your account, you will need to make sure your username is entered in your modem as <username>@snap.net.nz
